RATES:  $1,500 - for web design and web hosting.  1/2 payable up front with the balance due within 6 months. This includes your domain name and web hosting for the first year, your home page, a guest book (if you desire one), plus seven additional page links.

All your photos will be clickable meaning you will have a smaller compressed version and a clickable larger version in order for your web site to download at a faster rate.  I will also design a unique logo for your business. I will link your site to all the other sites I design at no charge. Your site will be entered on the top twenty search engines when completed at no additional cost.

The yearly fee for web hosting and your domain name after the first year is $125 plus the yearly going rate for domain names.  At this time I can purchase domain names for $15.00 per year. Updates are $35 per hour or unlimited updates for $500 per year. If you want major changes done the charges will be billed at $35 per hour.

I will be happy to take your photographs for you if you pay all expenses plus $300 per day.  (Just pay for my gas or plane ticket, feed me, and give me a place to sleep for the night!) This fee includes processing and uploading the photos for your web site and providing full-color hard copies as well. If you don't want hard copies my fee will be much less.

Your site will only be as good as the cooperation I receive from you. I will need a prompt response to my emails concerning questions on text, type, colors, fonts, etc.  I will send you a link to a color chart where we will work together to create the combination of colors on your web site that pleases you.  I don't mind making changes until you are happy because, after all, this is your web site.  But if we don't stay in close contact I can spend hours and days working on your site that will be wasted if you decide you desire major changes.  I cannot design your site without your help and for this reason I insist on a close relationship with you until your site is completed.
